BBJ’s Employee Benefits Administrators Listing

Signifiying a year of positive growth and expansion, Confidio recently ranked second on the Baltimore Business Journal’s Largest Employee Benefits Administrators in Greater Baltimore List, up from the fifth position in 2017. We are thrilled with this ranking and recognize it is a reflection of all the hard work the entire Confidio team has put forth over the past year.

But how did we jump from fifth to second place in a matter of one year? To put it in perspective, our firm grew 129% from 2017 to 2018. In that time, we added 218 new clients, along with 17 new hires! We were fortunate to welcome two senior leaders with Sonja Quale, PharmD, serving as our Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Informatics along with Christine Kosson, our Principal Advisor. We also added three full-time regional sales directors who are located in strategic regions throughout the U.S. In addition, Amber Capstick joined our firm as a manager with 15 years pharmacy benefits experience. We recognized the need to ensure our customer service remained strong and carefully selected high-quality professionals to serve all of our clients.

In the coming year, we will continue our mission to solve client pharmacy problems today, while keeping an eye on tomorrow’s needs. The experience, intellect, and foresight of the Confidio team is supported by proprietary technology that elevates and validates the firm’s effectiveness, allowing for successful outcomes for our clients.
