Jessica has over 15 years of learning and organizational development experience across small and large companies, both internationally and stateside. She began her career building and leading a variety of overseas work experiences, most notably in Iraq, where from 2007 to 2012 she supported a number of local businesses as a Director of Program Development and Senior Consultant. In that role, she was charged with standing up a Learning & Development function to drive continuous process improvement and strategically aligned workforce development.
Her areas of expertise in the area of organizational development, include lean six sigma process improvement, change management, instructional design and facilitation, and employee experience and continued growth.
Jessica’s background in both Organizational Development and Learning allows her to support the Confidio family and the strategic advancement across their teams to continue to drive the Company forward.
