Rebecca has over 19 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.  Initially starting in third party administration supporting all aspects of medical benefits administration, claims processing, medical benefit coding, medical claim audit, high dollar claim review, medical claim system trainer and has worked with medical professionals to create and design care management programs for self-funded employer groups.  While initially placing focus on internal and external solutions with third party administration, Rebecca moved into management of medical claim and managed a staff of over 40 employees and eventually moving to client management as a Client Service Consultant and medical benefit client implementation.  (12 years in Medical TPA)

While working in medical third party administration, Rebecca saw an opportunity within the pharmacy benefit management side of healthcare and moved to a role serving as a Client Relationship Manager. Servicing over 38 self-funded employer groups, while confidently handling a wide variety of different detailed and sensitive tasks, managing shifting priorities.  She developed strong internal and external professional relationships as the basis for successful client service and retention. Effectively interface with all levels inside and outside the company, including senior management with efficient corporate level problem-solving. (3 years in PBM)

Prior to Confidio Rebecca was with Health Information Designs, serving as a Director of Client Services & Sales within the organization wearing multiple hats including vendor management, leading client negotiations, managing contracts, process improvement, and project management. She was also involved with Sales/BD for pipeline of early, mid and late stage opportunities to drive consistent results. (4.5 years)

 

Rebecca received her bachelors degree in Healthcare Management from Rasmussen College
